Features available with each Primemail account:

You have several options to make use of our email services:

Plan 1. Forward-Only Account. Choose this service if you only want us to forward all of your incoming primemail.com emails to the email address(es) of your choice. You may forward to multiple email addresses. Due to spamming, we are the only ones who can edit/update your forwarding address(es). Just send us an email anytime you need to update your forwarding list.

Plan 2. Webmail Account. Choose plan 2 if you want all of your incoming primemail.com emails held on our mail server and you then have to log into your webmail to check them. In other words, choose this plan if you intend to make our webmail application your primary mail program. With webmail service you may still optionally forward your emails as well. Folks will usually do this as a back-up to get to their emails in case they cannot access their webmail for some reason. Please note that this service will require you to login and check/delete your unwanted emails so as to not fill up your inbox. If your inbox fills up, your mail flow will stop!

Plan 3. Webmail Account. This plan works just like plan 2 except: You don't have to login to check/delete unwanted emails. We will set your InBox and Trash folders to automatically purge (delete) your emails every so many days. The default purge time is every 3 days but we can choose a different number of days if you wish. This type of account requires you to also have webmail forwarding enabled so that your emails are also sent to another email account. Under this option your forwarding email address becomes your primary mail retrieval account and your webmail account (with us) becomes a back-up mail account in the event you can't check your email at your forwarding address for some reason. Also, if you delete some important emails at your forwarding account, they would still be on our mail server for 3 days before being purged. This would give you an opportunity to log into your webmail account to manage those emails.
